SuneTex® Roller Fabric is made of 100% Polyester yarn with blackout roller fabric and semi-blackout roller fabric(translucent), which is widely used in blocking out the harmful elements of strong shining sunlight and ultraviolet ray, and performs perfect in the sun-shading field. It is a versatile solution for all who want to enjoy the outdoors without risking too much sun and heat exposure. The innovative, breathable fabric will allow heat to escape while cooling the area, reducing temperatures up to 15 degrees.
SuneTex® Roller Fabric is widely used for indoor blinds, vertical Blinds, all kinds of ceiling blinds, Roman shades, Decoration and partition.

(1)Why our fabric can be 100% used?
We have the most strict quality control. In our production process, the fabrics with defects are removed, we will keep it for ourselves, only supply perfect fabrics to our clients. That's why each of our fabric rolls are not the same length.
According to our latest third-party test report, in our 100 rolls fabric:
1. 67.5rolls have 0 defect.
2. 25 rolls get only 1 defect.
3. 7.5rolls get 2-3 defects, we take it as second quality level, and sell it with 40% discount.

Fabric property advantages:Flat & neat surface, beautiful color, no defect, the fabric can fall naturally, no curling on the edge even for long length.
The openness is evenly distributed, (for example, there are about 600-700 thousand regular holes within 1sqm of our 5% openness fabric )it will guarantee a best view of the outside.
Composition advantages:
The polyester yarn is 100% new, and all imported from Honeywell, making sure the consistent superior quality(Fabric from other Chinese suppliers are made of 80%-90% polyester fiber that made in China.):Honeywell polyester fiber is
a. High strength
b. Low break rate, making sure no defect.
c. Low shrinking rate, making sure the fabric will not change shape
Warp yarn is settled by manual work, usually with 10000m for each time, we only need to change the arrangement for weft yarn to make different series fabrics.In this way, we can make sure the quality for every meter, roll, order is all the same.That's why our MOQ should be 500m. Other factories may adjust the warp yarn & weft yarn flexibility, that will cause the different quality & color for each order.
he 70% PVC we use is the best quality, it is also from a factory who only supply us. The coating process is preceded in our factory by heating & cooling, very healthy.

100% brand new green healthy polyester & PVC (additive) material, with special thermal bonding and cladding technique, which makes our fabric lead free,odour free & good to people's health.
Use the Honeywell high strength & low shrink rates industrial use polyester fiber, makes the fabric neat , tight & dimensionally stable, curling selvedge problems, not go distorting or changing shape.
Use the good healthy PVC material & additives, makes the fabric soft, fire-resistant & color fastness grade 8,It will not go fading or changing colors.
The weaving machine is imported, making the strips absolutely straight, make the fabric perfect, the strips will not go in weave.

01).Are you factory or trading company?
We are ISO 9001 qualified factory manufacturer, started this business since 2001, now we have 56 sets Dornier weaving machine.
02).What fabrics do you manufacture?
We make :
1.Polyester sunscreen( openness 1%, 3%, 5%, 8%, 10% & 12% etc.)
2.Fiberglass sunscreen(1%, 3% & 5% etc.)
3.Zebra Sunscreen fabric
4.Other customized fabric.
03).What color of your production fabric?
Usually, white, beige, gray, brown, black or as your wish.
04).How many defects on 1 roll( 2.5m wide * 40m long) fabric?
We have the most strict quality control, usually, there is 0 defects in each roll of our regular production series.
For customized series, we will control the defects are less than 3.
05).If I only get small quantity needs for the first order, is it ok?
We can start cooperation in a very flexible way, for first trial order, you can buy only several rolls as long as the item is in stock. If without stock, the MOQ is 1000m/item & width.
06).If I have my own design,quality & color,can you OEM for me?
Yes, we offer OEM service according to clients' request.
07).Can you send us your sample?
Yes, we offer free A4 size sample.
